AS OF 2000Hrs JULY 8TH 2013 CAPTAIN SNACKPACK OF SOLDIERS AT WAR IS PROMOTED TO THE RANK OF COMMANDER WITH ALL THE PRIVILEGES AND RESPONSIBILITIES THEREIN.

(Why they where Promoted)

COMMANDER SNACKPACK HAS BEEN PROMOTED DUE TO HIS EFFORTS IN CONTRIBUTION TO FLEET HOLDINGS AND EVENTS GOVERNED BY OUR FLEET COMMANDING OFFICER.
